Our Role, Charges,
and Liability
Melusine International Treatment Packages is a coordination and support
agency. Our role is to identify service providers that meet the needs you
describe - providers that we will have personally vetted. When and where
required, we also make all necessary logistical arrangements and provide backup
support.
In return for the custom we bring, the service providers pay us a modest
commission to cover our time and costs and to provide us with a small profit.
This is the basis on which our business works.
Melusine International Treatment Packages does not charge
you for its services.
All medical procedures, however minor, carry a degree of risk. Melusine
International Treatment Packages does not itself take on any liability for any
claims that could arise from medical treatment or travel to and in Turkey.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you yourself take out the necessary
insurances to cover all eventualities.
If you agree to go ahead with any medical procedures that we propose or
arrange on your behalf, you will sign a contract with the medical service
providers themselves, which sets out their obligations to you and the
indemnities that they will or will not provide.
